She currently leads major transmission, transportation, and hydro-electric projects across the western United States. Seventh Sovereign’s lead field Project Coordinator, Lou provides research and hands-on field support for collaborative partnership projects. Lou has more than ten years of community outreach work with tribes, agencies, and non-profits on natural resource issues in the Northern Rockies and Northern Plains.
