ROBERt

Seventh Sovereign’s Executive Director, Robert serves as lead negotiator and client advisor. He also directs our tribal engagement and consultation programs. He brings 25 years of government relations experience with tribes throughout the U.S. Robert specializes in negotiated agreements, regulatory risk reduction, and Federal Indian Law.

GITA

Seventh Sovereign’s Program Director, Gita serves as lead mediator and major project manager. She also directs our federal and state court mediation program. She has over 25 years of experience in natural resource collaboration with tribes, businesses, and agencies in the western U.S. Gita specializes in project risk management for right-of-way, cultural resources, and energy transmission partnerships.

Lou

Seventh Sovereign’s Project Coordinator, Lou provides research and hands-on field support for collaborative partnership projects. Lou has more than ten years of community outreach work with tribes, agencies, and non-profits on natural resource issues in the Northern Rockies and Northern Plains. She specializes in wildlife and agricultural co-management, conservation, and right-of-way collaboration.

B.B.

Seventh Sovereign’s Technical Coordinator, B.B. provides event coordination and support for remote, regional, and community-based projects. B.B. draws on 15+ years of event and program coordination work with tribes in the western U.S. B.B. specializes in CRM supporting NAGPRA, NEPA, and NHPA-106 projects.
