She has over 25 years of experience in natural resource collaboration with tribes, businesses, and agencies in the western U.S. Gita specializes in project risk management for right-of-way, cultural resources, and energy transmission partnerships.

Seventh Sovereign’s Project Coordinator, Lou provides research and hands-on field support for collaborative partnership projects. Lou has more than ten years of community outreach work with tribes, agencies, and non-profits on natural resource issues in the Northern Rockies and Northern Plains. She specializes in wildlife and agricultural co-management, conservation, and right-of-way collaboration.
